I really enjoyed using this tripod. It tracked my face and body really well. The instructions mention downloading an app for the remote. I did not do that. Instead, I just put my camera on a timer and filmed. It worked fine in following me around. The tripod is easy to adjust height. The only thing is that the holder does muffle the microphone sound a little, so plan on speaking up really loud if you are filming and talking.
